Operation & Shipping Window
Your shopping experience with Flying Bulldog is hassle-free! Orders for available products placed before 1PM ET are shipped the same day when possible, except on weekends or statutory Canadian holidays. Our operation and shipping hours are Monday to Friday 9AM ET to 5PM ET.

Transit Rates & Times
For all orders above $75, we offer free Canada-wide standard shipping that takes approximately 2 – 9 business days for provinces and up to 15 business days for territories. For orders below $75 or expedited shipments, transit rates and times will be generated based on your address during checkout. Please note that we may refuse shipments to P.O. Box locations, and we will contact you for an alternative address. If any of the provided information needs correction, your order may be delayed.
Guaranteed Time for Delivery
If the product is not received within the guaranteed time (60 days, not including 2-5 day processing), customers can request a refund or reshipment. If the wrong item is received, customers can request a refund or reshipment. If the customer no longer wants the product, a refund may be requested, but the item must be returned at the customer's expense and must be unused.
Returns
Customers can return their items within 14 days. They can contact the store via email for a full refund upon receipt of the items.
Cancellation/Modification: Customers have 12 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email to the store. If beyond this time, items will have already been shipped and the customer will need to wait for delivery and return the items for a refund.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days) has expired. Customers can send a message to the store page. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days and automatically applied to the customer's credit card or original method of payment.
Liability
The store is not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to the wrong address provided by the customer.
Exchange Policy
At Flying Bulldog store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.

Please note that the following conditions must be met for an exchange:
The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
The item must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
The item must be free of any marks, stains or odours.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at [insert email address]. Once we have received your request, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please do not send the item back to us without first receiving approval.

Once we have received the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the above conditions. If the item is approved for exchange, we will send out the replacement item within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by us.
